摘  要:目的 分析攀枝花市健康人群麻疹免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)水平及其影响因素,为防治麻疹及疫苗接种提供参考依据。方法 2019年按照年龄组分层随机抽样抽取916人,使用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测血清中麻疹IgG。采用χ^(2)检验和Fisher确切概率法进行统计学分析。结果 攀枝花市健康人群麻疹IgG阳性率为89.08%;不同县(区)人群麻疹IgG阳性率,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=22.73,P<0.05);不同年龄组的麻疹IgG阳性率,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=53.33,P<0.05);不同性别、不同民族人群麻疹IgG阳性率,差异无统计意义(χ^(2)=1.82、0.16,P>0.05);1~<15岁年龄组的麻疹疫苗接种≥2剂次,接种率为89.68%;不同年龄组的麻疹疫苗接种率,差异有统计学意义(Fisher=48.56,P<0.05);1~<15岁年龄组,全程按期接种疫苗人群的麻疹IgG阳性率高于未按期接种或接种时间不详人群,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=169.23,P<0.05);随疫苗接种时间延长,麻疹IgG阳性率降低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=95.85,P<0.05)。结论 攀枝花市健康人群麻疹IgG水平与世卫组织标准存在一定差距,需进一步加强查漏补种工作。全程按期接种疫苗对提高人群麻疹IgG阳性率尤为重要,建议在7~<15岁年龄组加强接种1剂次麻疹类疫苗,以增强对该人群的保护。Objective To analyze the level of measles immunoglobulin G(IgG)and the factors affecting it in healthy population in Panzhihua City,and to provide a reference basis for the prevention and treatment of measles and vaccination.Methods In 2019,916 people were random sampled by stratified random sampling according to age groups,and measles IgG in serum were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The Chi-square test and Fisher′s exact probability method were used for statistical analysis.Results The positive rate of measles IgG among healthy population in Panzhihua City was 89.08%.The difference in the positive rate of measles IgG among population in different counties(districts)was statistically significant(χ^(2)=22.73,P<0.05).The difference in the positive rate of measles IgG among different age groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=53.33,P<0.05).The differences in the positive rate of measles IgG among population in different genders and ethnic groups were not statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.82,0.16,P>0.05).The vaccination rate of≥2 doses of measles vaccines in 1-<15 years age group was 89.68%.The difference in the vaccination rate of measles vaccine at different age groups was statistically significant(Fisher=48.56,P<0.05).In 1-<15 years age group,the measles IgG positivity rate of the vaccine was higher among the population who received the vaccine on full schedule than those who did not receive the vaccine on schedule or whose vaccination time was unknown,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=169.23,P<0.05).The positive rate of measles IgG decreased with the time of vaccination,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=95.85,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain gap between the measles IgG level in the healthy population of Panzhihua City and the standard of the WHO,and it is necessary to further strengthen the work of checking the missed vaccinations and re-vaccination.Full scheduled vaccination is particularly important to increase the positive rate of me
