摘 要:建筑保温与结构一体化技术在热工性能及墙体安全性方面较传统外墙技术都有所优化,其稳态传热性能是评估其节能效率的重要指标之一。本文首先通过实验测试验证模型精度,然后通过仿真模拟分析连接件、保温层厚度、地区气候差异等几种因素对墙体保温效果的影响程度,并将传热系数仿真模拟值与一维计算值进行比较,得出结论:连接件为8个/m^(2)、10个/m^(2)、12个/m^(2)时的传热系数模拟值与不考虑连接件等墙体构件影响的传热系数计算值相比,得出修正系数分别在1.35~1.55、1.45~1.8、1.5~1.85范围内;给出了各种构造在不同保温层厚度和不同地区时的修正系数;发现当保温系统厚度≥200 mm时,开凹槽对墙体整体的影响较小,修正系数为1,可以不做修正。本文结论可为超低能耗建筑工程热工设计提供参考。Compared with traditional exterior wall technology,building insulation and structure integration technology is optimized in terms of thermal performance and wall safety,and its steady-state heat transfer performance is one of the important indexes to evaluate its energy saving efficiency.This paper first verified the accuracy of the model through experimental tests,then analyzed the influence degree of several factors such as connectors,insulation layer thickness and regional climate differences on the wall insulation effect through simulation,and compared the simulated value of heat transfer coefficient with the one-dimensional calculated value,to draw a conclusion:Compared with the heat transfer coefficients calculated without considering the influence of wall components such as connectors,the simulated values of heat transfer coefficients with 8,10 and 12 connectors/m^(2)were found to be in the range of 1.35~1.55,1.45~1.8 and 1.5~1.85,respectively.The correction coefficients of various structures with different insulation thickness and in different regions were presented.It was found that when the thickness of the insulation system was≥200 mm,the impact of grooving on the whole wall was small,and the correction factor was 1,making correction unnecessary.The conclusions of this paper can provide reference for thermal design of ultra-low-energy building projects.
