摘  要:基于热环境测试和诊断的既有建筑节能改造,可以在有限的资源下实施更有效益的改造,同时保证室内热环境水平。以寒冷地区不通风中庭式教育建筑为例,进行热环境测试,发现中庭区域在春季典型日比内走廊区域温度低1.7℃,夏季高0.6℃;长时间尺度测试显示,春季中庭区域比底层非中庭区域温度高4.5℃,夏季高3.7℃。同时,在夏季典型日7:00—10:00,设置水平遮阳的北向教室平均温度比南向房间高0.5℃。基于测试,提出通风遮阳中庭和北向垂直遮阳的综合改造设计策略,改造后中庭空气温度平均降低0.7℃,中庭建筑夏季空调能耗降低9%。最后总结得出的基于热环境测试的既有建筑更新改造设计应用流程,为同类型建筑推动更新改造提供方法和理论借鉴。Based on thermal environment tests and diagnosis,energy-saving renovation of existing buildings can be implemented more efficiently with limited resources,while ensuring the level of indoor thermal environment.This paper took an educational building with an unventilated atrium in a cold area as an example to measure and analyze the thermal environment.It was found that the temperature in the atrium area was 1.7 C lower than that in the inner corridor area on typical days in spring and o.6 C higher in summer.Long timescale tests showed that the temperature in the atrium area was 4.5℃higher than that in the non-atrium area on the ground floor in spring,and 3.7℃C higher in summer.Meanwhile,on typical summer days from 7:00 to 10:00,the average temperature of the north-facing classroom with horizontal shading was O.5℃higher than that of the south-facing classroom.Based on the tests,this paper proposed a comprehensive renovation design strategy of a ventilated and shaded atrium and north-facing vertical shading.After the renovation,the average air temperature in the atrium decreased by O.7 C,
