摘 要:研究开发高效村镇建筑装配式太阳能空气集热构件,可以降低现场安装工作量,替代传统建筑构件降低建设成本,提升供暖集热效率降低运行成本,推动太阳能空气供暖技术在村镇地区的应用。本文根据村镇建筑特点,在形成建筑构件化处理方式的基础上,通过对比研究确定了集热构件盖板材料、吸热芯体材料和构造形式的选取范围,模拟分析了4种吸热芯体构造形式集热构件的集热效率。通过在建立的测试系统中的实际对比测试,结果显示,S形扰流板型吸热芯体的空气集热构件集热效率较高,玻璃盖板显著优于塑料盖板。研究表明,采用S形扰流板型吸热芯体的玻璃盖板装配式太阳能空气集热构件可以适应村镇建筑应用需求,集热效率较高,应用前景显著。The research and development of a high-efficiency assembled solar-air heat collecting component for rural buildings can reduce the work loads of field installation,replace traditional building components to reduce construction costs,improve the heat collecting efficiency to reduce operation costs,promote the application of solar-air heating technology in rural areas.According to the characteristics of rural buildings,this paper conducted a comparative study on the basis of forming the component-based building,to determine the selection range of the cover plate material,the heat collecting core material and the structural form,and a simulation analysis of the heat collecting efficiency of the collecting components in four structural forms of the heat collecting core.Through actual comparative testing in the established testing system,the results showed that the air collecting component of the S-shaped spoiler-type heat collecting plate had a higher heat collecting efficiency,and the glass cover plate was significantly better than the plastic cover plate.The research indicates that the glass cover plate assembled solar-air heat collecting component with an S-shaped spoiler-type heat collecting core can meet the application needs of rural buildings,with high heat collecting efficiency and significant application prospects.
