摘  要:GB/T 50378—2019《绿色建筑评价标准》实施以来,对新建建筑提出了更高的要求,最高等级的三星级绿色建筑对于建筑能耗及室内环境的要求非常严格。对于夏热冬暖地区办公建筑,大尺度的幕墙立面及长期的高温环境,导致其空调能耗高企,同时办公建筑室内空气质量等问题也受到业内广泛关注。为降低建筑能耗及改善室内环境,同时满足绿色建筑三星级要求,我们总结梳理了关键性策略并结合中海企业集团总部办公楼实际案例,以期为类似问题提供建议性的解决思路。Since the implementation of GB/T 50378—2019 Assessment standard for green building,higher requirements have been put forward for new buildings,and the highest level of three-star green buildings has very strict requirements for building energy consumption and indoor environment.For office buildings in hot summer and warm winter areas,large-scale curtain wall facades and long-term high temperature environments lead to high energy consumption of air conditioning system,and problems such as indoor air quality in office buildings has also been widely concerned by the industry.In order to reduce building energy consumption and improve the indoor environment,and at the same time meet the three-star requirements of green buildings,we summarized and sorted out the key strategies and introduced in detail the actual case of the headquarters office building of China Overseas Enterprise Group,in order to provide suggestions for solving similar problems.
