摘　　要：国家标准GB/T 50378-2019(2024年版)《绿色建筑评价标准》已于2024年6月发布,2024年10月1日起实施。本次局部修订的主要内容包括与现行强制性工程建设规范相协调、强化绿色建筑的碳减排性能要求、优化标准实施效果等方面。本文对本标准的修订背景、修订概况进行简要介绍,对局部修订的重点内容进行释义,并总结亮点和未来工作,以期有关人员能够更好地理解和使用标准。The national standard“GB/T 50378-2019(2024 Version)Assessment standard for green building”was released in June 2024 and will be implemented on October 1,2024.The primary objectives of this partial revision are to align with the current mandatory engineering construction code,enhance the carbon emission reduction performance requirements of green building,and optimize the implementation effect.To facilitate comprehension and utilization of this standard by relevant personnel,this paper presents a concise overview of the background and revisions,elucidates the pivotal changes,and summarizes the highlights and future directions.
