炒焦对苍术鞣质含量及吸附力的影响

摘  要:目的分析比较生苍术和焦苍术的鞣质含量及炭素吸附力强弱,探讨苍术炒焦健脾止泻作用机理。方法采用磷钼钨酸/干酪素-分光光度法测定10批不同产地、批次的生苍术及相应焦苍术中鞣质含量;同时运用亚甲基蓝-分光光度法比较分析炒焦对苍术吸附力的影响。结果苍术经炒焦后,鞣质含量显著增加(P<0.01),碳素吸附力明显增强(P<0.05)。结论炒焦引起鞣质含量增加可能是焦苍术药效改变的主要物质基础之一,进而引起吸附力及收敛固涩作用增强可能是其长于“健脾固肠止泻”的药效机制。Objective In order to explore the mechanism of"strengthening the spleen and stopping diarrhea"for Atractylodis Rhizoma being coked,the content of tannins and the carbon strength are analyzed and compared.Methods The contents of tannins in 10 batches of Atractylodes Rhizoma from different producing areas and different batches were determined by phosphomolybdenum tungstic acid/casein–spectrophotometry;Meanwhile,the effects of being coked on the adsorption capacity of Atractylodes Rhizoma were analyzed by methylene blue-spectrophotometry.Results After Atractylodes Rhizoma being coked,the tannins content increased significantly(P<0.01),and the carbon adsorption capacity increased obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion The increase of tannins content induced by coking may be one of the major material bases for the pharmacodynamic changes of the focal Atractylodis Rhizoma,Further while,the enhancement of adsorption capacity and astringency of Atractylodis Rhizoma may be the pharmacodynamic mechanism of"strengthening spleen and stopping diarrhea".
