摘　　要：陈达夫教授将伤寒六经理论与家传秘学融合,结合自身诊疗经验,创新性地提出了眼科六经辨证。临床以六经统病,执简驭繁,善用经方治疗眼科疑难疾病,疗效卓绝。文章基于陈达夫教授在眼科六经辨证中,将整体脏腑经络和局部形色血丝结合的特点,凝练出陈达夫教授定六经归属、审兼夹症形、分虚实变化以运用桂枝汤类方的临证思路,旨在总结其在中医眼科领域的经方心法。According his own diagnostic and treatment experience,Professor Chen Dafu has combined the theory of six meridians in Treatise on Cold Damage with his family′s secret knowledge,and innovatively proposed the syndrome differentiation based on the theory of six meridians in ophthalmology.Prof.Chen has practiced the six meridians to recognize the diseases,and made good use of formulas in Treatise on Cold Damage to treat difficult ophthalmic diseases,with outstanding efficacy.This article discusses the syndrome differentiation characteristics of Prof.Chen in ophthalmology,in which the local diagnosis based on the theory of six meridians and overall diagnosis are fused.By determining systemic status and ocular lesion characteristics,this article summarize the thought of Prof.Chen in identifying the attribution of the six meridians,examining the symptoms,and applying Guizhi Decoction and its derived formulas to different situations,which aims to share his characteristic treatment mindset in ophthalmology in TCM.
