摘　　要：王明杰教授认为内风与外风同类相召,难以截然分开,常常相兼为患,从玄府理论分析,要害均在于玄府郁闭,临证常以羌活、防风、白芷、葛根等风药与僵蚕、地龙、全蝎、蜈蚣等虫药相伍,祛风与息风并用,风药与虫药共施,协同增效,开通玄府,用治头痛、眩晕、中风、痉病、颤证等多种风证,屡获良效。本文梳理王明杰教授基于玄府学说内外风同治的独特学术思想,分享王老创制的内外风兼治经验方七味追风散、天虫定眩饮、追风逐瘀醒脑汤,分析组方思路及用药特点,并附验案三则,旨在为临床治疗风证提供新的思路与方法。Prof.Wang Mingjie believes that internal Wind and external Wind interact with each other and are difficult to be separated,often leading to diseases together.Analyzed from the Xuanfu theory,the key lies in the Xuanfu occlusion,clinically commonly used Qianghuo,Fangfeng,Baizhi,Gegen and other Wind medicines and Jiangcan,Dilong,Quanxie,Wugong and other insect medicines with the elimination of the external Wind and the pacification of the internal Wind,and Wind medicines are used together with insect medicines,which opens the Xuanfu and promotes the flow of Qi and Fluid.The academic thinking of Wang Mingjie has been used to treat headache,dizziness,stroke,spasm,tremor and other Wind symptoms with remarkable efficacy.This paper reviews the unique academic thought of Professor Wang Mingjie,based on the Xuanfu theory of joint treatment of internal and external Winds,introduces his empirical formulas for the treatment of both internal and external Winds,including Qiwei Zhuifeng Powder,Tianchong Dingxuan Decoction,Zhuifeng Zhuyu Xingnao Decoction,analyzed the idea of the formula and the characteristics of the medication.Through the attachment of three cases,this aims to supply new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of Wind syndrome.
