从刘完素玄府理论探析“辛润法”在燥病中的应用

摘　　要：燥病是以一系列干燥症状为表现的疾病,如干燥综合征、干眼症、银屑病、便秘等,临床常以养阴增液为治,但疗效不定。近年来,诸多医家认为玄府闭塞是燥病发生的关键病机,应用“辛润法”治疗燥病,能发挥辛味药物开通玄府之功,使玄府通利,恢复气、血、津、液正常敷布,因此疗效显著。本文在梳理历代医家使用“辛润法”治燥源流的基础上,通过探析“辛润法”的微观机制,指出玄府是该治法发挥行水润燥、辛香通络、辛散开玄等功效的重要结构基础,并进一步总结“辛润法”治疗燥病的现代临床经验,旨在为临床高效、合理运用“辛润法”提供参考。Dryness disease,including dry syndrome,dry eyes,psoriasis,constipation,etc.,has a series of dry symptoms.The treatment of it is often to harmonize Yin,but the efficacy is uncertain.Recently,many doctors believe that the occlusion of Xuanfu is the key mechanism of dryness disease.And the application of Xinrun,especially using the pungent medicines,plays a role in dredging Xuanfu to restored the normal distribution of Qi,Blood,Fluids and Liquids,so the therapeutic effect is remarkable.On the basis of sorting out the origin of Xinrun and analyzing the micro mechanism of it,this paper points out that Xuanfu is an important structure for this method to exert the efficacy of moistening dryness,stimulating the meridian and collateral,and dredging Xuanfu.Then we further summarize the modern clinical application of Xinrun in treating dryness disease,aiming to provide reference for the efficient and rational application of Xinrun in clinical practice.
