摘　　要：湿热咳嗽为临床常见病、多发病,现行中医内科学教材以及相关诊疗指南对于本病的阐释较少。本文基于湿热咳嗽辨治的发展源流以及现代名家相关经验,从玄府学说视角解析湿热咳嗽,探析利水开玄法及其代表方药在本病治疗中的机制,从中凝练出利水开玄的核心要旨,认为该法重在分消湿热,启肺开闭,恢复体内气、液等基础物质的正常运行,代表方剂为千金苇茎加杏仁滑石汤,代表药物为滑石、芦根,该类方药和缓而效卓,对于儿科尤为适宜。As clinical frequently-occurring disease,cough-Damp-Heat is rarely mentioned by internal medicine of traditional Chinese teaching material and relevent diagnosis and treament guidlines.Based on the development of cough-Damp-Heat and relevent modern researches,this article uses Xuanfu-Qi-Fluid theory to analyze infantile cough-Damp-Heat,exploring how the therapy of unblocking channel promoting removal of Dampness and correlative medicine and decoction works in the treament of this disease.We summarize unblocking channel promoting removal of Dampness as major therapy from the clinical practice and theories of those masters and specialists above.This therapy can smoothy help human body′s physical basis to function normally,like Qi and Fluid,which is suitable for the treament in pediatrics.And the typical application of this therapy is the usage of Talcum,Phragmitis Rhizoma and Qianjin Weijing plus Armeniacae Semen Amarum and Talcum Decoction.
