基于“半从热治,半从阴疗”探析《温病条辨》鲜药应用

摘　　要：本文总结吴鞠通所著《温病条辨》中出现的54味鲜药,对其四气五味、归经,功效主治等方面进行综合分析,结果发现吴鞠通应用鲜药以性寒(凉)、平为主,味以甘、苦为多,归经于肺、脾、胃经者居多。用药特点遵循温邪易伤阴液的理论基础,以“半从热治,半从阴疗,三焦各有侧重”应用鲜药,同时兼顾对脾胃的保护,对于指导温病治疗具有重要意义。本文旨在进一步提高对鲜药的应用面和重视度,为具有温病治疗内涵的鲜药基础研究提供理论支持。Summarizing 54 fresh medicines appeared in Epidemic Febrile Diseases by a comprehensive analysis of the four-Qi and five-Flavor,Meridian tropism and efficacy indications of these medicines.The results showed that Wu Jutong applied fresh medicines mainly Oi is Cold(Cool)and flat,Flavor is sweet and bitter,and mostly belong to Lung,Spleen and Stomach Meridians.The characteristics of using drug follow the theoretical basis that the Warm pathogenic is easy to damage Yin liquid,and the application of fresh medicine is of great significance for guiding the treatment of Warm disease by“Half treat Heat and half cure Yin,and changing with the Three-Jiao”.At the same time take into account the protection of the Spleen and Stomach.The aim is to further improve the application of fresh medicine and the degree of attention,as to provide theoretical support for the basic research of fresh medicine with the connotation of the treatment of Warm disease.
