摘　　要：目前螺旋缝埋弧焊管生产线上钢管周长精度的控制基本在成型岗位,但由于成型岗的空间狭窄,无法安装较为复杂的测量装置,导致生产现场多采用人工测量钢管周长,存在劳动强度大及测量误差大的问题。为此研制了一套成型岗焊管周长自动测量装置。该装置实现了螺旋缝埋弧焊管成型岗钢管周长在线自动测量,具有占地空间小,测量精度高及使用效果好的特点,能够满足焊管成型岗周长测量的使用要求。At present,the control of steel pipe circumference accuracy is basically carried out at the formation station in the HSAW pipe production line.However,due to the narrow space of the forming station,it is not possible to install relatively complicated measuring device,and in most cases on the site manual circumference measurement has to be used,which causes the problems of high labor intensity and large measurement error.Accordingly an automatic measurement system for weld pipe circumference as installed at the formation station on the production line is developed.Thanks to the said system,on-line circumference measurement of the HSAW pipe at the formation station is realized.The system features small space occupation,high measurement accuracy and effectiveness,having been satisfactory to the application requirement for the circumference measurement at the weld pipe formation station.
