道达尔感应加热弯管制造标准与其他标准的对比研究

摘　　要：通过对比道达尔能源公司UG-TIL-43-SIN1-720008感应加热弯管技术规范和ISO 15590-1以及国内弯管相关标准DEC要求,分析了这些标准的差异和难点。结果表明:道达尔能源公司弯管技术规范比国内和国际标准化组织ISO的弯管标准要求更加严格。道达尔感应加热弯管制造标准是在ISO 15590-1的基础上修改而成,增加了对母管入厂检验、制造工艺、尺寸检验和理化试验的详细要求。The TotalEnergies UG-TIL-43-SIN1-720008———Induction Heating Bend Pipe Technical Specification is compared with ISO 15590-1,and relevant domestic bend standards to analyze the differences and difficulties between and among them.The analysis result shows that the TotalEnergies bend specification is more stringent than both relevant domestic specifications and the ISO specifications.The former is made based on ISO 15590-1,but includes additional detailed requirements for incoming mother pipe acceptance inspection,manufacturing processes,dimensional inspection,and physical and chemical testing.
