农户耕地经营权转出对家庭收入的影响——以福建省为例

摘　　要：随着“三权分置”和农业供给侧结构性改革工作的稳步推进,农村耕地流转极大地促进了农户增收及农村经济发展。文章基于福建省227户微观数据,采用多元线性回归模型,对福建省耕地转出对农户家庭收入进行实证分析,并根据实证结果提出相关的政策建议。研究结果表明:(1)流转价格、劳动力人数和农户受教育程度在1%的显著性水平上正向影响家庭收入;(2)流转面积和流转年限在5%的显著性水平上正向影响家庭收入;(3)现有土地承包经营面积和人均GDP均与家庭收入存在正相关关系。鉴于此,文章提出规范相关流转程序及提升耕地流转服务水平、加快培育知识型农民和加大财政补贴政策等建议,以期促进福建省产业发展及经济发展。With the steady progress of the“separation of powers”and the structural reform of agricultural supply side,the transfer of rural arable land has greatly promoted the increase of farmers’income and the development of rural economy.The article is based on micro data from 227 households in Fujian Province,and uses a multiple linear regression model to empirically analyze the impact of farmland transfer on household income in Fujian Province.Based on the empirical results,relevant policy recommendations are proposed.The research results indicate that:(1)the transfer price,labor force,and farmers’education level have a significant positive impact on household income at the 1%level;(2)the transfer area and transfer period have a significant positive impact on household income at a 5%level;(3)there is a positive correlation between the existing contracted land area and per capita GDP and household income.In view of this,the article proposes suggestions to standardize relevant transfer procedures,improve the level of farmland transfer services,accelerate the cultivation of knowledge-based farmers,and increase financial subsidy policies,in order to promote the industrial and economic development of Fujian Province.
