摘  要:工程水泥基复合材料(ECC)具有超高的拉伸性能和裂缝控制性能,不仅赋予其显著的延性特征,还使该材料具备自愈合的潜力,广泛应用于沿海建筑、地下隧道、矿山排水等腐蚀环境中。自愈合是指通过在裂缝中形成黏结性水化产物,并助力于恢复材料力学性能和耐久性能的一种自发行为。结合国内外研究进展,详细分析了ECC中可能的自愈合机理,探讨了预裂缝龄期、愈合环境和辅助胶凝材料等对自愈合效果的影响,介绍了当前水泥基材料自愈合评价方法,并展望其在未来基础设施建设中的应用潜力。Engineered cementitious composites(ECC)possess ultra-high tensile properties and crack control capabilities,which not only confer significant ductility but also endow the material with self-healing potential.ECC is widely applied in coastal structures,underground tunnels,mine drainage,and other corrosive environments.Self-healing refers to a spontaneous process that helps restore mechanical properties and durability by forming cohesive hydration products within cracks.Based on domestic and international study progress,the possible self-healing mechanisms in ECC are analyzed in detail.The effects of pre-crack age,healing environment,and supplementary cementitious materials on self-healing are also explored,along with the current evaluation methods for self-healing in cement-based materials.The potential for application in future infrastructure projects is discussed.
