摘  要:同步整体提升技术对于大面积钢网架结构提升工程是较为普遍的典型应用,一般采用多组门式提升架作为提升液压缸的支撑结构。为了完成托克托县某电厂煤棚建设工程高耸拱形钢网架整体提升施工,解决提升架高空吊装拆卸、提升钢绞线高空穿装、垂直度偏差下提升梁与架顶梁座高空对接,以及地处多风地区等难点和不利因素,通过设计和应用铰接组合式提升梁、梁端铰接位置无级调节装置、重型塔式起重机塔身作为门式架身、可周转底架式基础等结构和装置,制作了高耸大跨度门式提升架应用于本工程,得到了安全、经济、安装使用方便的应用结果,可为类似提升高度较高的整体提升施工提供参考。Synchronous integral lifting technique is commonly applied in the lifting engineering of large-area steel grid structures,typically using multiple sets of portal lifting frames as support structures for hydraulic cylinders.To complete the overall lifting construction of the high-rise arched steel grid frame for the coal shed project of a power plant in Tuoketuo County,challenges such as high-altitude lifting and dismantling of the lifting frame,high-altitude installation of lifting steel strands,docking of the lifting beam and the top beam seat under verticality deviation,and the windy environment are addressed.A high-rise large-span gate type lifting frame was designed and applied using hinged combined lifting beams,stepless adjustment devices for beam end hinged positions,heavy tower crane tower bodies as portal frames,and turnover underframe foundations.This resulted in safe,economical,and convenient installation and use,providing a reference for similar high-rise lifting projects.
