摘 要:钢平台模架承载力较高,可为超高层建筑的核心筒施工提供更加安全便利的作业环境。以深圳星河雅宝双子塔工程西塔为具体案例,介绍了基于物联网的钢平台模架关键技术:将地下室的外框改为钢结构,实现地下室阶段安装钢平台,使得塔楼流水施工提前开始,有效减少了工期;通过设计装配式钢次梁和走道板,实现伸臂桁架层钢平台模架快速改造;通过将墙体减少层的钢平台模架设计为整体模块、提前增加临边围护,实现钢平台模架的快速空中变形,减少了高空作业安全风险;通过布置基于物联网的钢平台模架安全监控平台,实现钢平台模架安全风险信息的实时采集和分析,并通过控制油缸顶升及时调整钢平台姿态,保障了钢平台模架的长期安全平稳运行。The bearing capacity of steel platform formwork is high,providing a safer and more convenient working environment for the core tube construction of super high-rise buildings.Using the West Tower of Shenzhen Xinghe Yabao Twin Tower Project as a specific case,the key technologies of steel platform formwork based on the Internet of Things are introduced.By changing the outer frame of the basement into a steel structure,the steel platform is installed in the basement stage,allowing the tower construction to start in advance,effectively reducing the construction period.Through the design of assembled steel secondary beams and walkway plates,the rapid transformation of the steel platform formwork for the outrigger truss layer is realized.By designing the steel platform formwork for the wall reduction layer as a whole module and adding edge support in advance,the rapid air deformation of the steel platform formwork is achieved,reducing the safety risk of high-altitude operations.By arranging the safety monitoring platform of the steel platform formwork based on the Internet of Things,real-time collection and analysis of safety risk information of the steel platform formwork is achieved.The posture of the steel platform is adjusted in time by controlling the lifting of the oil cylinder,ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of the steel platform formwork.
