摘 要:为了充分展示城市形象和文化特色,地标性建筑幕墙的外观变得奇特、复杂,给设计和施工带来重重挑战。结合南京华贸国际中心项目B区塔楼幕墙工程,通过探索BIM全生命周期技术及可快速移动、伸缩小吊机吊装技术,形成了一套与BIM技术深度结合的超高层异形单元幕墙施工方法。该方法借助BIM技术进行正向设计、参数化下料加工、参数化施工推演,实现了项目实施全过程可视化管理;根据建筑结构弧形渐变的特点所开发的小吊机,便于垂直运输,具有履带式行走及爬坡功能,且在吊重范围可实现负载旋转、负载伸缩,解决本次递减收缩凹弧单元幕墙的吊装难题,并节省施工成本56万元。该技术为项目快速履约打下了基础,可为类似超高层项目的幕墙施工提供借鉴。To fully display the city’s image and cultural characteristics,the appearance of landmark building curtain walls has become increasingly strange and complex,posing many challenges to design and construction.Combined with the curtain wall project of the tower building in Area B of the Nanjing Huamao International Center project,a construction method for super high-rise special-shaped unit curtain walls integrating BIM technology is developed by exploring BIM life cycle technology and the lifting technique of a fast-moving,telescopic small crane.Utilizing BIM technology,this method enables forward design,parametric blanking processing,and parametric construction deduction,achieving visual management of the entire project implementation process.The small crane,developed based on the arc gradient characteristics of the building structure,facilitates vertical transportation with features such as crawler walking and climbing capabilities.It can achieve load rotation and load extension within the lifting range,addressing the lifting challenge of the decreasing shrinkage concave arc unit curtain wall and saving 560,000 yuan in construction costs.This technology lays a foundation for the rapid performance of the project and provides a reference for curtain wall construction in similar super high-rise projects.
