摘 要:超长距离小直径盾构污水联通管道采用二次衬砌施工工艺时,往往面临空间狭小、施工距离长、管道线形复杂、机械化程度低等难题。以上海竹园白龙港污水连通管管道工程为依托,在其内径仅4 m、单区间最大长度达2346.3 m、转弯半径250 m段数量4个,且具有连续双S曲线的盾构隧道内实施了二次衬砌。研究表明:模板台车和组合钢模板2种二次衬砌施工工艺的组合使用,能够针对性地解决不同转弯半径隧道二次衬砌的施工难题,安全高效,有效保证污水输送期间管道的结构稳定性、防水性、抗腐蚀性和抗冲磨性,可为类似工程施工提供借鉴。The construction technology of secondary lining for ultra-long distance and small diameter shield sewage connecting pipeline often faces challenges such as narrow space,long construction distance,complex pipeline alignment,and low degree of mechanization.Based on the Bailonggang sewage connecting pipeline project in Zhuyuan,Shanghai,the secondary lining is implemented in the shield tunnel with an inner diameter of only 4 m,a maximum single section length of 2346.3 m,four sections with a turning radius of 250 m,and a continuous double S curve.The study shows that the combination of two secondary lining construction techniques,formwork trolley and composite steel formwork,can effectively address the construction problems of tunnels with different turning radii.It ensures safety and efficiency,and effectively guarantees the structural stability,waterproofing,corrosion resistance,and abrasion resistance of the pipeline during sewage transportation.This can provide a reference for similar engineering constructions.
