除臭风口布置对污水处理厂内硫化氢气体分布影响的模拟研究

摘  要:污水处理厂在对污泥采用低温真空脱水干化一体机技术进行处理时,会产生对人体有害的硫化氢气体,因此需要合理设计除臭风口,将硫化氢气体从室内高效排出。以泰和污水处理厂污泥脱水干化系统为研究对象,利用仿真软件建立数值模型,对2种除臭风口布置方案,即分别将除臭风口置于密封罩内和置于密封罩外的污水处理厂内部硫化氢气体浓度分布进行了模拟,对比分析了室内不同方向上硫化氢气体的积聚情况。模拟结果表明,将除臭风口置于密封罩内时,去除硫化氢气体的效率为将除臭风口置于密封罩外的5.46倍,可快速降低室内的硫化氢气体浓度,另外建议将硫化氢传感器设置在密封罩附近。In sewage treatment plants,the low-temperature vacuum dewatering and drying integrated machine technique used for sludge treatment generates hydrogen sulfide gas,which poses risks to human health.To address this,proper deodorization tuyere design is required to efficiently expel hydrogen sulfide from the room.A numerical model is developed using simulation software to examine two deodorization tuyere placement schemes within the sludge dewatering and drying system of the Taihe sewage treatment plant.These schemes involve positioning the tuyere inside and outside the sealing cover,respectively.The accumulation of hydrogen sulfide in different room directions is compared and analyzed.Results indicate that placing the deodorization tuyere inside the sealing cover improves hydrogen sulfide removal efficiency by 5.46 times compared to placing it outside,significantly reducing indoor hydrogen sulfide concentration.It is also recommended to place hydrogen sulfide sensors near the sealing cover.
