摘 要:预制化预应力混凝土管桩因其具有施工效率高、成桩质量可靠、耐久性好、承载力强和工程造价低等优点,在工业和民用建筑、公路、铁路等工程得到了广泛的应用。但是现有研究对其在各种复杂地质情况下施工的研究还不充分。因此,基于河南省某产业园实际工程,运用有限元软件ABAQUS构建土体(欧拉体)-桩基(实体)三维数值模型,与实际监测数据相对比,分析了不同桩距及数量的预应力混凝土管桩施工过程对不同地质工况的影响。研究表明:当软弱夹土层所处深度较浅且距离接近时,它们的应力-时间曲线也较为接近,当桩插入某一软弱夹土层时,该软弱夹土层的应力发生突变;当软弱夹土层达到一定深度时,土体自重产生的压力与桩对软弱土层的挤压力均对软弱土层产生有较大影响;软弱夹土层应力在预应力管桩沉桩过程中随着桩距的增加而减小。该结论可为预应力混凝土管桩在具有软弱夹层等复杂场地下的施工关键技术提供重要的理论依据,对于保障工程质量和施工安全具有重要意义。Precast prestressed concrete pipe piles are widely used in industrial and civil construction,highways,railways,and other projects due to their high construction efficiency,reliable pile quality,good durability,strong bearing capacity,and low engineering costs.However,the construction of these piles under various complex geological conditions is not well documented in the existing literature.Based on an actual project in an industrial park in Henan Province,a three-dimensional numerical model of soil(Euler body)and pile foundation(entity)is constructed using the finite element software ABAQUS.The influence of different pile spacing and the number of prestressed concrete pipe piles on various geological conditions is analyzed and compared with actual monitoring data.The research indicates that when the depth of the soft soil layer is shallow and the distance is close,their stress-time curves are similar.When a pile is inserted into a soft soil layer,the stress within the layer changes abruptly.Additionally,when a soft soil layer reaches a certain depth,the pressure exerted by the self-weight of the soil and the squeezing pressure of the pile significantly affect the soft soil layer.The stress within the soft soil layer decreases as the pile spacing increases during the sinking process of prestressed pipe piles.This conclusion provides an important theoretical basis for key construction technologies of prestressed concrete pipe piles in complex sites,such as those with weak interlayers,and is significant for ensuring project quality and construction safety.
