摘 要:随着经济发展和城镇化水平不断提高,人们对城市水环境质量提出了更高的要求,而雨污分流改造是水环境治理的首要任务之一。由于老城区雨污水管道错综复杂,施工过程中难免会影响到地铁保护区范围。南昌市朝阳污水处理厂治理片区污水系统整治工程共有涉轨点位32处,针对管道与地铁区间2种相互形式工况下的管道施工方案进行比选,择优选择拉森钢板桩、横列板+MJS和微顶管3种施工工艺。通过对3种工艺的关键施工技术展开研究并合理优化技术措施和辅助设备,取得了一定的经验成果,可为类似工程提供参考。With the development of the economy and society,and the continuous improvement of urbanization levels,higher requirements are set for the quality of the urban water environment.The transformation of rain and sewage diversion constitutes one of the primary tasks of water environment governance.Given the complexity of urban rainwater and sewage pipelines in old cities,construction processes inevitably impact the scope of subway protection areas.In the sewage system renovation project within the treatment area of the Chaoyang Sewage Treatment Plant in Nanchang City,there are 32 rail-related points.Between the two mutual forms of pipeline and subway section,pipeline construction schemes are compared and selected.The three construction techniques—Larsen steel sheet pile,transverse plate+MJS,and micro-jacking pipe—are chosen for implementation.Through study of the key construction techniques of these processes,along with the reasonable optimization of technical measures and auxiliary equipment,some empirical results are obtained.These results provide reference for similar projects.
