摘  要:在既有建筑内开展顶管工程施工时,如何有效利用空间并确保施工稳定性是一个重要问题。基于上海某大断面矩形顶管工程,研究了在建工程中顶管始发井施工的策略,探讨了顶推力改变对临时后靠结构加固的影响。通过对高压旋喷桩、锚杆静压桩和高频免共振钢管桩3种地基加固方案的比较。研究发现,在建工程中进行顶管始发井施工时,需合理调整支撑体系,确保结构稳定性;当顶推力增加时,应重新评估结构承载力并进行加固设计;针对地基加固方案,应综合考虑时间、空间和安全性。此研究可为城市地下空间开发和顶管工程施工提供参考。Effective space utilization and construction stability are crucial issues in pipe jacking projects within existing buildings.Based on a large-section rectangular pipe jacking project in Shanghai,the construction strategy for the pipe jacking starting well is examined,and the impact of varying jacking forces on the reinforcement of the temporary backing structure is analyzed.A comparison is made among three foundation reinforcement schemes:high-pressure jet grouting piles,anchor static pressure piles,and high-frequency non-resonant steel pipe piles.It is concluded that adjusting the support system is necessary to ensure structural stability during the pipe jacking starting well construction.When the jacking force increases,the structure's bearing capacity must be re-evaluated,and reinforcement design implemented.The foundation reinforcement scheme should comprehensively consider time,space,and safety.This work provides a reference for urban underground space development and pipe jacking construction.
