摘  要:北京某项目为超B级高度的复杂高层建筑,同时存在楼板开洞、扭转不规则、顶部局部斜柱、加强层情况,设计时采用基于抗震性能化设计方法,依据性能目标,分别对结构进行小震、中震和大震下各工况验算。计算及研究结果表明,结构整体及各构件的抗震性能均能达到预期目标,结构体系安全可行、合理有效。最后介绍了加强层的布置对结构性能的影响。A project in Beijing features a complex high-rise building of super B-level height.Additionally,there are openings in the floor,irregular torsion,locally inclined columns at the top,and strengthened stories.The design uses a seismic performance-based design method.According to the performance objectives,the structure is checked under various working conditions during small earthquakes,medium earthquakes,and large earthquakes.The calculation and study results indicate that the seismic performance of the whole structure and each component can achieve the expected goal,and the structural system is safe,feasible,reasonable,and effective.Finally,the influence of the arrangement of the strengthening layer on the structural performance is discussed.
