摘 要:双层螺旋曲面肋壳结构因结构造型复杂、壳体长度超长,如何保证其质量和施工安全是施工重难点。依托某项目,利用MIDAS有限元仿真分析软件,模拟在温度荷载、自重荷载及组合荷载作用下双层曲面肋壳结构的应力和位移关系,从而为施工方案及支撑结构体系的选择提供数据支撑。成形后所有构件的位移和应力均在许可范围内,验证了该方案的可靠性,以供同类项目参考。The double-layer spiral curved ribbed shell structure,due to its complex structural modeling and extended shell length,presents significant challenges in ensuring quality and construction safety.Based on a specific project,MIDAS finite element simulation analysis software is employed to simulate the stress and displacement relationships of the double-layer curved ribbed shell structure under temperature load,self-weight load,and combined loads.This simulation provides data support for the selection of construction schemes and support structure systems.Additionally,the displacement and stress of all components after forming are maintained within permissible limits,validating the reliability of the scheme and offering reference for similar projects.
