摘  要:以某煤焦化企业除油池渗漏为例,在池壁出现大面积渗漏、前期采用多种堵漏方法处理无效的情况下,采用多种检测手段探明池壁结构渗漏的原因。结果表明:池壁施工缝防渗处理不到位及局部混凝土施工质量较差是引起池壁渗漏现象的主要原因。进一步按照除油池运行条件及废水成分对池壁结构进行腐蚀性评价,提出渗漏处理措施及建议,处理后效果良好,5年内未再出现渗漏现象。总结的渗漏成因与处理对策对类似工程处理具有借鉴价值。Using the case of leakage in an oil removal pool at a coal coking enterprise,where the pool wall experienced large-scale leakage and early-stage plugging methods were ineffective,multiple detection techniques were employed to determine the causes of the pool wall structure leakage.The findings show that inadequate anti-seepage treatment at the construction joints and poor local concrete quality are the main reasons for the leakage.Corrosion assessments of the pool wall structure are conducted based on the operational conditions of the oil removal pool and the wastewater composition,and measures for treating the leakage are proposed.The results after treatment are effective,with no leakage recurrence over a 5-year period.The summarized causes of leakage and countermeasures can provide valuable reference for similar engineering projects.
