摘　　要：以湖北省潜江市民之家项目为例,在屋面工程前期创优策划阶段,重点考虑屋面细部构造和周围空间环境对面砖铺贴方案的影响,利用BIM技术辅助饰面砖铺贴深化设计,能更加精确地调整、优化排布方案,提高设计效率、降低材料损耗、提升屋面整体美观度,使很多异形、工期紧的项目能够实现一次成优,为打造高质量精品工程奠定了坚实基础。Taking the Qianjiang Citizen's Home project in Hubei Province as an example,the influence of the roof's detailed structure and the surrounding space environment on the tile paving scheme is primarily considered during the early planning stage.BIM technology,when utilized to assist in the detailed design of decorative brick paving,allows for more precise adjustments and optimization of the layout plan.This increases design efficiency,reduces material waste,and enhances the overall aesthetics of the roof.Consequently,many projects with unique shapes and tight schedules can achieve one-time excellence,laying a solid foundation for constructing high-quality boutique projects.
