摘　　要：本文从标准化的角度,详细介绍了美国、欧盟、俄罗斯、英国、德国、日本等发达国家和国内数据安全相关的法规政策现状,国际标准化组织(ISO)和国际电工委员会(IEC)第一联合技术委员会信息安全网络安全和隐私保护分技术委员会ISO/IEC JTC1 SC27、国际电信联盟安全研究组ITU-T SG17、美国国家标准与技术研究院(NIST)、欧洲电信标准化协会(ETSI)等国际标准组织和国内数据安全相关的标准化现状,从制度、机构、应用等层面给出我国数据安全政策及标准化方面存在的问题,对其进行展望,提出我国数据安全政策及标准化工作建议。From the perspective of standardization,this paper introduces in detail the status quo of regulations and policies related to data security in developed countries such as the United States,Russia,the United Kingdom,Germany and Japan as well as the European Union,and the data security-related standardization status of International Organization for Standardization(ISO)and International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC)First Joint Sub-technical Committee for Information Security,Cybersecurity and Privacy Protection(ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27),International Telecommunication Union Security Study Group(ITU-T SG17),the US National Institute of Standards and Technology(NIST),the European Telecommunications Standardization Institute(ETSI)and other international standardization organizations and domestic organizations,puts forward the problems in China’s data security policies and standardization in the system,organization,application and other aspects,and provides the outlook and suggestions for data security policies and standardization work.
