摘　　要：铁路散装颗粒货物运输用防冻剂是冬季铁路运输货物时为防止货物与货物之间冻结、货物与车皮之间冻结等问题发生而设计的产品。TB/T 3208—2023《铁路散装颗粒货物运输防冻剂》铁道行业标准对铁路散装颗粒货物运输用防冻剂的术语和定义、性能要求、使用要求、检验项目、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志、运输和储存等进行了修订,标准于2023年12月22日正式发布,2024年7月1日起实施。本文对TB/T 3208—2023与TB/T 3208—2008铁道行业标准的主要变化进行了详细解读,并就标准修订后带来的影响进行了简要分析。Antifreeze agent for railway transport of the loose granular goods is a product designed to prevent freezing of goods and freezing of goods and carriages during winter railway transportation.The railway sectoral standard TB/T 3208-2023,Antifreeze agent for railway transport of the loose granular goods,has revised the terminologies and definitions,performance requirements,usage requirements,inspection items,test methods,inspection rules,packaging,labeling,transportation and storage of antifreeze agent used in the railway transport of the loose granular goods.The standard was officially released on December 22,2023 and implemented since July 1,2024.This article provides a detailed interpretation of the main changes in TB/T 3208-2023 and TB/T 3208-2008,and briefly analyzes the impact of the revised standard.
