金属防腐镀层六价铬测试常见问题解析

摘  要:在汽车行业中,紧固件等各种具有防腐镀层的零件用量较多。在对禁用、限用物质相关法规的应对过程中,发现金属防腐镀层六价铬试验验证过程中遇到了湿化学测试样件需求量大、有些样件表面积小、补样较为繁琐、试验闭环周期长等问题。通过对整车常见的防腐镀层进行研究和分类,鉴别无铬镀层工艺,可以减少湿化学测试工作量,提高测试效率。本文通过对阳性样件减少取样量进行六价铬含量测试结果比较,提出金属防腐镀层六价铬湿化学测试最小取样量的建议,为汽车行业中防腐镀层六价铬测试提供参考。In the automotive industry,fasteners and other kinds of anti-corrosion coating parts are used more.In the process of dealing with the relevant regulations of prohibited substances,it is found that the wet chemical test samples are in great demand in the test verification process of metal anti-corrosion coating,but some samples have small surface area,more complicated sampling,and long closed-loop cycle of the test.By studying and classifying the common anticorrosive coatings and identifying the chromium-free coating technology,the workload of wet chemical test can be reduced and the test efficiency can be improved.Based on the comparison of the test results of hexavalent chromium content by reducing the sampling amount of positive samples,this paper proposes the minimum sampling amount of hexavalent chromium wet chemical test of metal anti-corrosion coating,which provides a reference for the test of hexavalent chromium in the automobile industry.
