摘　　要：聚乙烯(PE)软管是建设高标准农田的主要产品之一,应用广泛。其标准《塑料节水灌溉器材第4部分:聚乙烯(PE)软管》(GB/T 19812.4—2018)灰分的技术要求过于严格,在生产过程中很难控制,建议放宽灰分的质量指标。PE flexible pipe is extensively used and considered essential for cultivating high-standard farmland.In GB/T 19812.4-2018,Plastic equipment for water saving irrigation—Part 4:Polyethylene(PE)flexible pipe,the technical requirements for its ash content are too strict,and are difficult to control in the manufacturing process.Therefore,it is suggested to lower the quality index of ash content in PE hose manufacturing.
