鼻内镜下标准化鼻窦开放术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性鼻窦炎治疗中鼻内镜下标准化鼻窦开放术的应用价值。方法:选取2023年1月至12月蚌埠医科大学第二附属医院收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者60例作为研究对象,根据术式分组,分为对照组和研究组,各30例,对照组采用常规手术疗法,研究组实施鼻内镜下标准化鼻窦开放术,比较两组鼻部症状、生活质量、预后情况。结果:鼻部症状比较,研究组治疗后症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量比较,研究组治疗后《鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20》评分低于对照组(P<0.05);预后情况比较,研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用鼻内镜下鼻窦开放术标准化治疗慢性鼻窦炎,可有效缓解慢性鼻窦炎症状,提高生活质量,改善慢性鼻窦炎患者预后,效果显著。Objective:To investigate the application value of standardized sinus opening under nasal endoscope in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the operation type,they were divided into the control group and the study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional surgery,and the study group underwent standardized sinus opening under nasal endoscopy.The nasal symptoms,quality of life,and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results:The symptom score of the study group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the quality of life,the score of nasal and sinus outcome test-20 in the study group after treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized treatment of chronic sinusitis with endoscopic sinus operation can effectively relieve the symptoms of chronic sinusitis,and improve the quality of life and the prognosis of patients with chronic sinusitis,which has significant effect.
