摘　　要：目的:探讨标准化微创拔牙术在下颌阻生智齿拔除中的应用价值。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年2月蚌埠医科大学第二附属医院收治的52例下颌阻生智齿患者,分为对照组和观察组,各26例,对照组行传统拔牙术,观察组行标准化微创拔牙术,对比两组治疗效果。结果:术后,观察组患者并发症低于对照组,张口受限程度小于对照组,手术指标优于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,面部肿胀程度低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:标准化微创拔牙术并发症少,能够降低疼痛程度,降低面部肿胀程度,预后更理想,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the application value of standardized minimally invasive tooth extraction in the extraction of impacted mandibular wisdom tooth.Methods:52 patients with impacted mandibular wisdom tooth admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 26 cases in each group.The control group underwent traditional tooth extraction and the observation group underwent standardized minimally invasive tooth extraction.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After operation,the complications and the degree of restriction of opening mouth of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the surgical index of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the pain score and the degree of facial swelling of the observation group was lower than those of the control group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized minimally invasive tooth extraction has fewer complications,can reduce the degree of pain,reduce the degree of facial swelling,and has a better prognosis,which is worthy of clinical application.
