标准化预见性护理对改善脑膜瘤手术患者生活质量的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:探究标准化预见性护理对改善脑膜瘤手术患者生活质量的作用。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年10月蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院收治的60例脑膜瘤患者,按照护理模式分为UC组与SPC组,各30例,UC组采取常规护理,SPC组实施标准化预见性护理。统计分析其心理应激(PAS-7、PHQ-9、AIS)、健康状况(MMSE、BI、SF-36)、恢复速度、不良事件。结果:护理后SPC组PAS-7评分、PHQ-9评分、AIS评分、不良事件发生率均低于UC组(P<0.05),MMSE评分、BI评分、SF-36评分均高于UC组(P<0.05),术后排便时间、术后离床时间、术后疼痛时间、术后住院时间均短于UC组(P<0.05)。结论:在脑膜瘤手术患者护理中应用标准化预见性护理策略可在一定程度上减轻其心理应激,缩短术后恢复时间,减少不良事件发生率,改善健康状况,对患者生活质量提高具有积极影响。Objective:To explore the effect of standardized predictive nursing on the quality of life of patients undergoing meningioma surgery.Methods:A total of 60 patients with meningioma admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into the UC group and the SPC group according to nursing mode,with 30 cases in each group.The UC group received routine nursing,while the SPC group received standardized predictive nursing.The psychological stress(PAS-7,PHQ-9,AIS),health status(MMSE,BI,SF-36),recovery speed,adverse events were statistically analyzed.Results:After nursing,the PAS-7 score,PHQ-9 score,AIS score and incidence of adverse events in the SPC group were lower than those in the UC group(P<0.05),while the MMSE score,BI score and SF-36 score in the SPC group were higher than those in the UC group(P<0.05).The postoperative defecation time,postoperative time of leaving bed,postoperative pain time and postoperative hospital stay in the SPC group were shorter than those in the UC group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized predictive nursing strategy in the nursing of patients with meningioma surgery can alleviate their psychological stress to a certain extent,shorten the postoperative recovery time,reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve their health status,and have a positive impact on the improvement of patients’quality of life.
