穴位贴敷与循经按摩标准化护理对跟骨骨折术后患者的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:分析在跟骨骨折患者术后护理过程中应用穴位贴敷与循经按摩标准化护理流程的作用。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年12月在南充市中医医院接受跟骨骨折手术治疗的患者84例,分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组患者在手术后进行常规护理,必要时可以配合适当的药物治疗,观察组患者则采用穴位贴敷疗法配合循经按摩标准化护理流程,对两组患者的术后并发症发生情况及患者的整体满意度进行综合评估。结果:观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者综合满意度评分方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过实施穴位贴敷联合循经按摩标准化护理流程,可以有效降低术后并发症发生率,提升患者护理满意度,帮助患者快速康复。Objective:To analyze the effect of applying acupoint application and meridian massage standardization nursing procedure in postoperative nursing of patients with calcaneal fracture.Methods:A total of 84 patients who received surgical treatment for calcaneal fracture in Nanchong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 42 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing after surgery,which could be combined with appropriate drug therapy if necessary,while patients in the observation group were treated with acupoint application therapy combined with standardized nursing procedures of meridian massage.The occurrence of postoperative complications and overall satisfaction of patients in the two groups were comprehensively evaluated.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive satisfaction score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized nursing process of acupoint application combined with meridian massage can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve patients’nursing satisfaction,and help patients recover quickly.
