摘  要:日益变化的职场要求使大学毕业生需有进行终身学习的意愿。为了满足劳动力市场的动态需求,在培养学生的专业能力以外,还必须在学习过程中促进和发展他们非专业能力,这一点比以往任何时候都更为重要。探讨了在高校教学中采用合作研究式学习这一创新教学形式的适用性和实施方法。结论得出,该教学形式是培养和发展目前讨论并训练较多的未来技能的有效方法。此外,还举例说明了将这种教学形式融入高校教学的具体方法。The increasingly changing professional world requires university graduates to be willing to engage in lifelong learning.More than ever,generic/transversal skills must be promoted and developed during the course of study in addition to subject-specific skills to meet the dynamic demands of the labour market.This article discusses the suitability and implementation of the innovative teaching format of Collaborative Research‑Based Learning in higher education for competency development.It is argued that it is an effective approach to developing and fostering the currently much‑discussed and rehearsed Future Skills.Furthermore,an example is provided to illustrate a tangible way in which the format can be integrated into the university teaching.
