摘 要:加强非常规水源配置利用是实施全面节约战略的重要举措。宁夏银川市水资源紧缺,随着人口的集聚和工业的发展,水资源供需矛盾突出,工业用水尤为紧张,非常规水源利用对该市建设黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展先行市意义重大。本文通过分析银川市再生水、矿井水、雨洪水、微咸水等非常规水源利用基础设施现状及实际利用情况,结合区域经济社会发展趋势,提出了非常规水源利用发展措施体系,包含工程措施体系和制度保障体系,结果可为银川市非常规水源开发利用提供一定参考。Enhancing the allocation and utilization of unconventional water sources is a crucial measure in implementing a comprehensive conservation strategy.Yinchuan City in Ningxia faces severe water scarcity,with a growing supply-demand imbalance due to population growth and industrial development,making industrial water use particularly strained.The utilization of unconventional water sources is vital for the city’s role as a pioneer in ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.This paper analyzes the current infrastructure and actual utilization of unconventional water sources such as reclaimed water,mine water,stormwater,and brackish water in Yinchuan City.Considering the region’s socio-economic development trends,it proposes a development measures system for unconventional water use,including both engineering measures and institutional support systems.The results provide valuable references for the development and utilization of unconventional water sources in Yinchuan City.
