月潭水库现状及保护对策

摘　　要：为更好地保护湖泊,应根据湖泊的功能定位、功能排序制定保护措施。本文以月潭水库为例,分析水库在水旱灾害防御、供水、水生态维护、水域岸线等功能保护中存在的问题,并按照功能排序针对不同的功能提出具体的保护措施,从而实现湖泊“在保护中开发、在开发中保护”。研究成果可为水库管理部门提供参考。In order to better protect lakes,protection measures should be formulated based on the functional positioning and prioritization of the lakes.This paper takes the Yuetan Reservoir as an example to analyze issues in the protection of the reservoir’s functions,including flood and drought disaster prevention,water supply,aquatic ecosystem maintenance,and shoreline management.Specific protection measures are proposed for different functions according to their priorities,aiming to achieve“development in protection and protection in development”.The research findings can serve as a reference for reservoir management authorities.
