硫代硫酸钠治疗尿毒症瘙痒的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的评估硫代硫酸钠在治疗尿毒症瘙痒中的临床效果及影响。方法随机选取2021年5月—2023年5月泰安市中心医院收治的80例尿毒症瘙痒患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法将患者分为两组,各40例。对照组患者口服氯雷他定片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加硫代硫酸钠治疗。对比两组患者临床治疗效果、临床化验指标、瘙痒程度评分以及用药不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%(39/40),明显高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白、白蛋白水平、改良Duo氏瘙痒评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组患者的总不良反应发生率均为7.50%(3/40),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硫代硫酸钠在治疗尿毒症瘙痒方面表现出显著的临床效果,且不会增加不良反应,其在临床应用中的安全性和有效性。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and influence of sodium thiosulfate in the treatment of uremic pruritus.Methods Eighty patients with uremic pruritus admitted to Tai'an Central Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with oral loratadine tablets.On this basis,the observation group was treated with sodium thiosulfate.The clinical treatment effect,clinical laboratory indicators,pruritus degree score and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was significantly higher than 80.00%(32/40)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).After treatment,the C-reactive protein,albumin,and the Modified Duo Scratching Scale in the observation were was better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in both groups was 7.50%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Sodium thiosulfate shows significant clinical effect in the treatment of uremic pruritus,and not increase adverse reactions.Its safety and effectiveness in clinical application.
