氨溴特罗与孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合治疗儿童毛细支气管炎的疗效及对免疫学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的分析氨溴特罗与孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合治疗儿童毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法简单便利选取2021年8月—2023年12月厦门医学院附属第二医院收治的72例儿童毛细支气管炎患儿为研究对象。根据不同治疗方法分为探析组(常规对症治疗+氨溴特罗与孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合治疗)、对比组(常规对症治疗+氨溴特罗治疗),每组36例。对比两组的血气指标水平、免疫指标、疾病症状消失时间、治疗有效率、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,探析组的血气指标水平优于对比组,免疫学指标水平低于对比组,疾病症状消失时间短于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探析组治疗总有效率为97.22%(35/36),高于对比组的77.78%(28/36),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨溴特罗与孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合治疗,可以改善毛细支气管炎患儿的血气指标,调节免疫指标,提高治疗有效率,缩短疾病症状消失时间。Objective To analyze the efficacy of ambroxol combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablets in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children.Methods A total of 72 children with bronchiolitis admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College from August 2021 to December 2023 were simply and conveniently selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into analysis group(conventional symptomatic treatment+ambroxol and montelukast sodium chewable tablets combined treatment)and comparison group(conventional symptomatic treatment+ambroxol treatment),36 cases in each group.The blood gas index level,immune index,disappearance time of disease symptoms,treatment efficiency and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood gas index level of the analysis group was better than that of the control group,the immunological index level was lower than that of the control group,and the disappearance time of disease symptoms was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the analysis group was 97.22%(35/36),which was higher than 77.78%(28/36)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of ambroxol and montelukast sodium chewable tablets can improve the blood gas index,regulate the immune index,improve the effective rate of treatment and shorten the disappearance time of disease symptoms in children with bronchiolitis.
