中医护理方案在心血瘀阻型胸痹心痛病患者中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析心血瘀阻型胸痹心痛病患者采取中医护理方案的价值。方法随机选取2021年1月—2023年10月新沂市中医医院收治的80例心血瘀阻型胸痹心痛病患者作为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为对照组(40例,实施常规护理)、观察组(40例,实施常规护理联合中医护理方案),对比两组患者的病情情况、护理满意度及生活质量。结果护理后,观察组胸痛分数(1.34±0.21)分、心悸分数(1.32±0.22)分、胸闷分数(1.31±0.24)分,均低于对照组的(1.84±0.26)分、(1.88±0.28)分、(1.87±0.29)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.462、9.946、9.409,P均<0.05)。观察组总满意率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理方案应用于心血瘀阻型胸痹心痛病患者,可改善患者疾病症状,提升生活质量及护理满意度。Objective To analyze the value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program for patients with chest impediment heart pain of heart blood stasis type.Methods From January 2021 to October 2023,80 patients with chest impediment heart pain of heart blood stasis type admitted to Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(40 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(40 cases,routine nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing program).The condition,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the chest pain score(1.34±0.21)points,palpitation score(1.32±0.22)points and chest tightness score(1.31±0.24)points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(1.84±0.26)points,(1.88±0.28)points,(1.87±0.29)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=9.462,9.946,9.409,all P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program in patients with chest impediment heart pain of heart blood stasis type can improve the patient's condition,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
