低温等离子扁桃体切除术后应用喉咽清口服液对患者术后疼痛及炎症指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探究低温等离子扁桃体切除术后应用喉咽清口服液的疗效。方法单纯随机选取2022年1月—2023年6月于西安医学院第一附属医院100例行低温等离子扁桃体切除术患者为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组。对照组(50例)术后予以头孢唑林静脉滴注,观察组(50例)在对照组基础上予以喉咽清口服液,两组均持续观察至术后5 d。对比两组术后疼痛评分、炎症指标水平(C反应蛋白、降钙素原、白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-6)及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分为(2.05±0.50)分,低于对照组的(3.17±0.68)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.383,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白、降钙素原、白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低温等离子扁桃体切除术后患者予以咽喉清口服液,能够有效减轻疼痛,降低炎症指标水平,且应用安全性较好。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Houyanqing oral liquid after low temperature plasma tonsil⁃lectomy.Methods 100 patients who underwent low-temperature plasma tonsillectomy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical University from January 2022 to June 2023 were simple randomly selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods.The control group(50 cases)was given intravenous infusion of cefzolin after surgery,and the observation group(50 cases)was given Houyan⁃qing on the basis of the control group.Both groups were continuously observed until 5 days after surgery.Postopera⁃tive pain score,inflammatory index levels(C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,interleukin-2,interleukin-6)and occur⁃rence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Visual Analogue Score of the observation group was(2.05±0.50)points,which was lower than(3.17±0.68)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.383,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,procalcito⁃nin,interleukin-2 and interleukin-6 in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reac⁃tions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion After low temperature plasma tonsillectomy,Houyanqing oral liq⁃uid can effectively relieve pain and reduce the level of inflammatory indicators,and the application safety is good.
