布地奈德联合氨溴索对儿童急性支气管炎症状改善及机体炎症反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探究布地奈德联合氨溴索对儿童急性支气管炎症状改善及机体炎症反应的影响。方法随机选取2023年6—11月滕州市妇幼保健院收治的100例儿童急性支气管炎患儿为研究对象,根据不同用药方案分为常规组和研究组,每组50例。常规组采用氨溴索治疗,研究组采用氨溴索与布地奈德联合治疗。对比两组患儿的治疗总有效率、临床症状改善时间、治疗前后炎症介质水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率为98.00%(49/50),高于常规组的80.00%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.274,P=0.004)。研究组喘鸣音改善时间、咳嗽改善时间、气促改善时间及湿啰音消失时间均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿的炎症介质水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组炎症介质水平低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对儿童急性支气管炎患儿使用布地奈德联合氨溴索治疗,能减轻机体炎症反应,缩短症状改善时间。Objective To explore the effect of budesonide combined with ambroxol on the improvement of symptoms and inflammatory response in children with acute bronchitis.Methods A total of 100 children with acute bronchitis admitted to Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2023 to November 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different medication regimens,they were divided into routine group and study group,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with ambroxol,and the study group was treated with ambroxol and budesonide.The total effective rate of treatment,the improvement time of clinical symp⁃toms,and the level of inflammatory mediators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Re⁃sults The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.00%(49/50)higher than 80.00%(40/50)in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.274,P=0.004).The wheezing improvement time,cough improvement time,shortness of breath improvement time and wet rale disappearance time in the study group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the level of inflammatory mediators between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the level of inflammatory mediators in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with ambroxol in the treatment of children with acute bronchitis can reduce the body's inflammatory response and shorten the time of symp⁃tom improvement.
