中医护理方案对心血瘀阻型胸痹心痛病患者生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析在心血瘀阻型胸痹心痛病患者临床干预中,中医护理方案对生活质量的影响。方法方便选取2022年1月—2023年9月南京市江宁医院收治的116例心血瘀阻型心痛病患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组,各58例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行中医护理方案。比较两组的生活质量、心理情绪、中医症状积分及护理的满意度。结果干预前,两组生活质量评分、心理情绪评分及中医症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);干预后,观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组,心理情绪评分和中医症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为96.55%(56/58),高于对照组的84.48%(49/58),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.921,P=0.027)。结论运用中医护理方案给予患者临床干预可改善患者的生活质量,帮助患者消除负面情绪,具有较高临床价值。Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program on the quality of life in the clinical intervention of patients with heart blood stasis type chest pain.Methods From January 2022 to September 2023,116 patients with chest pain of heart blood stasis type admitted to Nanjing Jiangning Hospital were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and ob⁃servation group,58 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group re⁃ceived traditional Chinese medicine nursing program.The quality of life,psychological mood,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in quality of life score,psychological emotion score and traditional Chinese medi⁃cine symptom score between the two groups(all P>0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of psychological emotion and traditional Chinese medi⁃cine symptoms were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.55%(56/58),which was higher than 84.48%(49/58)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.921,P=0.027).Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program to give patients clinical intervention can improve the quality of life of patients,help patients eliminate negative emotions,with high clinical value.
