头针结合反负重训练系统对脑卒中患者下肢运动障碍的影响研究

摘  要:目的 探讨头针结合反负重训练系统对脑卒中下肢运动障碍的影响。方法 随机选取2021年1月—2023年12月山东省威海市中医院收治的120例脑卒中后下肢运动障碍患者为研究对象,依据不同治疗方案分为对照组和治疗组,各60例。对照组实施反负重训练,治疗组实施头针结合反负重训练,在治疗前、治疗中、治疗后比较两组患者的下肢Brunnstrom评分、下肢Fugl-Meyer评分以及10 m步行试验用时。结果 治疗中期、治疗结束时两组患者的Fugl-meyer评分均高于治疗前,同时两组治疗结束时高于治疗中期,且治疗组的治疗中期、治疗结束时的Fugl-meyer评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗中期、治疗结束时两组患者的10 m步行试验用时均短于治疗前,同时两组治疗结束时短于治疗中期,且治疗组的治疗中期、治疗结束时的10 m步行试验用时(33.33±7.02) s、(24.82±6.08) s均短于对照组的(41.21±11.47) s、(31.89±11.78) s,差异有统计学意义(t=4.539、4.131,P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的Brunnstrom评分优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 头针结合反负重训练系统可较为明显地改善脑卒中患者的下肢运动功能障碍,提高患者的下肢运动功能、平衡功能及步行能力。Objective To investigate the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with anti-weight-bearing training sys‐tem on lower limb movement disorders in stroke patients.Methods 120 patients with lower extremity dyskinesia after stroke in Weihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shandong Province from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and treatment group according to dif‐ferent treatment regimens,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with anti-weight training,and the treatment group was treated with scalp acupuncture combined with anti-weight training.The lower limb Brunnstrom score,lower limb Fugl-Meyer score and 10 m walking test time were compared between the two groups before,during and after treatment.Results The Fugl-meyer scores of the two groups at the middle and end of treat‐ment were higher than those before treatment,and those at the end of treatment were higher than those at the middle of treatment,and the Fugl-meyer scores of the treatment group at the middle and end of treatment were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The time of 10 m walking test in the two groups at the middle and end of treatment were shorter than those before treatment,and that at the end of treatment was shorter than that at the middle of treatment,and the time of 10 m walking test in the treatment group at the middle and end of treatment was(33.33±7.02)s and(24.82±6.08)s,which were shorter than(41.21±11.47)s and(31.89±11.78)s in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.539,4.131,all P<0.05).Af‐ter treatment,the Brunnstrom scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture combined with anti-weight training system can significantly improve the lower limb motor dysfuncti
