摘　　要：目的 探究吡伦帕奈联合依达拉奉治疗脑卒中后癫痫对血同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine, Hcy)及简易智力状态检查量表(Mini-mental State Examination, MMSE)评分的影响。方法 方便选取2022年6月—2023年6月泰州市第四人民医院收治的84例脑卒中后癫痫患者为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法分为研究组(n=42)与对照组(n=42)。对照组患者予以依达拉奉治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以吡伦帕奈联合治疗,对比两组患者癫痫临床疗效评分、血清Hcy及认知功能评分。结果 治疗2个疗程后,研究组Hcy表达水平为(11.95±1.13)μmol/L,低于对照组的(14.86±1.22)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=11.340,P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程后,研究组MMSE评分、国立医院癫痫发作严重程度量表评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 吡伦帕奈联合依达拉奉治疗有助于提升临床疗效,改善患者临床症状,促进认知功能恢复。Objective To explore the effects of pirrampanil combined with edaravone in the treatment of post-stroke epilepsy on blood homocysteine(Hcy)and Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)scores.Methods 84 patients with post-stroke epilepsy admitted to the Taizhou Fourth People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were conve⁃niently selected as the study objects,and were divided into study group(n=42)and control group(n=42)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with edaravone,and the study group was treated with pir⁃rampanil combined on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy score,serum Hcy and cognitive function score of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 courses of treatment,the expression level of Hcy in the study group was(11.95±1.13)μmol/L,which was lower than(14.86±1.22)μmol/L in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.340,P<0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,MMSE score and National Hospital Sei⁃zuresverity Scale score of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Pirrampanil combined with edaravone can improve clinical efficacy,im⁃prove clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of cognitive function.
