自拟中药方剂配合艾灸治疗闭合骨折性患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 分析自拟中药方剂配合艾灸治疗闭合骨折患者的临床疗效。方法 随机选取2022年4月—2023年5月绥阳县中医医院期间收治的210例闭合性骨折患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法将其分成观察组和对照组,每组105例。对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加以自拟中药方剂和艾灸进行治疗。对两组患者肿胀周径、疼痛程度、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、肿胀消退时间以及治疗效果进行分析。结果 治疗后,观察组肿胀周径和疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的恢复情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%(102/105),优于对照组的80.95%(85/105),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.111,P<0.001)。结论 自拟中药方剂配合艾灸治疗可以提高闭合性骨折患者的治疗效果,减轻患者的疼痛和肿胀,缩短住院和骨折愈合时间。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of self-prepared Chinese medicine prescription combined with moxibustion in the treatment of closed fracture patients.Methods A total of 210 patients with closed fractures admit⁃ted to Suiyang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2022 to May 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 105 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation treatment,and the obser⁃vation group was treated with self-prepared chinese medicine prescription and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The swelling circumference,pain degree,hospitalization time,fracture healing time,swelling regression time and treatment effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the swelling circumfer⁃ence and pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were sta⁃tistically significant(both P<0.05).The recovery of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.14%(102/105),which was better than 80.95%(85/105)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.111,P<0.001).Conclusion The combination of self-prepared chinese medicine prescription and moxibustion can improve the therapeutic effect of closed fracture patients,reduce the pain and swelling of patients,shorten the hospitalization and fracture healing time.
