黄芪建中汤结合中药热奄包对慢性胃病患者临床治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨使用黄芪建中汤结合中药热奄包对慢性胃病患者疗效的分析。方法 随着选取2022年10月—2024年5月漳州市第二中医院因慢性胃病收治的90例患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为两组,各45例,对照组给予黄芪建中汤口服治疗,观察组在上述基础增加中药热奄包热敷的方式进行治疗,均治疗14 d。对比两组患者治疗效果、中医证候积分改变情况、生活质量评分变化情况。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的82.22%(37/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.050,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的中医证候积分均低于治疗前,生活质量评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 黄芪建中汤与中药热奄包联合治疗慢性胃病患者可提高临床治疗有效率,促进症状的减轻和生活质量的提高。Objective To explore the efficacy analysis of combined use of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Chinese medicine hot compress package in patients with chronic gastric diseases.Methods Ninety patients admitted to Zhang⁃zhou Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital due to chronic gastric diseases from October 2022 to May 2024 were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given oral administration of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine hot compress package on the basis of the above.Both groups were treated for 14 d.The therapeutic effects,changes in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and changes in quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the ob⁃servation group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than 82.22%(37/45)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.050,P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the quality of life scores were higher than before treatment,the tradi⁃tional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Chinese medicine hot compress package in patients with chronic gastric diseases can improve the effective rate of clinical treatment and promote the reduction of symptoms and the improvement of quality of life.
