寒喘祖帕颗粒治疗老年重症支气管哮喘的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析寒喘祖帕颗粒对老年重症支气管哮喘患者中医症候积分、炎症指标水平的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年7月菏泽市牡丹人民医院收治的80例老年重症支气管哮喘患者,根据不同的治疗方法分为对照组、观察组,各40例。两组均给予基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗的基础上联合丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予寒喘祖帕颗粒治疗,比较两组中医症候积分、炎症指标水平。结果治疗后,两组主症(咳嗽、喘憋气逆、喉中哮鸣有声)、次症(咯痰不爽、恶寒发热、胸膈满闷)积分均低于同组治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清白介素-10为(24.51±1.41)pg/mL、血清白介素-22为(38.60±1.09)pg/mL、嗜酸性粒细胞为(2.07±0.48)×10^(9)/L,均低于对照组的(21.59±2.61)pg/mL、(34.61±3.63)pg/mL、(2.46±0.87)×10^(9)/L,差异有统计学意义(t=2.359、3.338、2.632,P均<0.05)。结论寒喘祖帕颗粒治疗老年重症支气管哮喘患者可减轻其临床症状和炎症因子水平,促进机体病情改善。Objective To analyze the effect of Hanchuan Zupa Granules on traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and inflammatory index levels in elderly patients with severe bronchial asthma.Methods Eighty elderly patients with severe bronchial asthma admitted to Mudan People's Hospital of Heze from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment,the control group was treated with fluticasone propionate nasal spray on the basic of basic treatment,and the observation group was treated with Hanchuan Zupa granules on the basis of control group.The level of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and inflammation indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of the main symptoms(cough,wheezing and choking,wheezing in the throat)and secondary symptoms(phlegm discomfort,aversion to cold and fever,chest and diaphragm congestion)in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,serum interleukin-10 was(24.51±1.41)pg/mL,serum interleukin-22 was(38.60±1.09)pg/mL,and eosinophils was(2.07±0.48)×10^(9)/L in the observation group.They were lower than those in the control group(21.59±2.61)pg/mL,(34.61±3.63)pg/mL,(2.46±0.87)×10^(9)/L,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.359,3.338,2.632,all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with severe bronchial asthma with Hanchuan Zuppa Granules can reduce their clinical symptoms and inflammatory factor levels,and promote the improvement of the body's condition.
